PENANG, July 9 — The medical healthcare landscape in the state received a significant boost today with the official grand opening of the Advanced Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy Centre (ARP Centre).

The launch event, held at the Magica Penang Convention Centre here from 10am to 1pm, marks a major step forward in bringing specialized musculoskeletal recovery and advanced therapeutic care closer to northern region communities.

The facility was officially officiated by its founder, prominent medical practitioner Dato’ Dr. Ramasamy Kandasamy.

Also present to witness the milestone event were Penang State Executive Councillor (Exco) for Housing and Environment YB Dato’ Seri Sundarajoo Somu, alongside Arno Parviainen, the chief executive officer and founder of international medical tech provider David Health Solution.

The cutting-edge centre aims to elevate local rehabilitation standards by integrating advanced medical tech infrastructure with clinical oversight, offering data-driven therapeutic options tailored for chronic pain relief and joint recovery.
